The Easiest 4 Component Banana Oatmeal Cookies.

How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You usually have to have a scale, carefully measure out all the ingredients, caress the dough for ages, then cut out little cookies into heart, moon and star shapes then wait another century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these circumstances. That is just how I roll up. But I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the cookies you get around Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and do not crumble at all.

But what largely convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most surprising thing about the cookies is they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can blend two components.

Though in the event that you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me should you consume them), however I have to mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the initial I finished the remainder within one hour.

They're great for hiking excursions or other events where you want a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep them as a fast snack in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the typical cookie supposes. Simply oats and peanuts.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.

Take oats such as. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which then will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more during the day.

These nutrients include manganese, good for bone creation and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- important for energy production to allow you to feel more awake

Same with peanuts -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they have an adequate quantity of good carbohydrates but for being the huge players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a challenging day before you.

As you can see, I am a huge fan.

2 Ingredient Cookies. Just mix bananas and oats and then bake them for 15 minutes. Ideal for when you will need a power boost on the go. Enjoy!

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really nicely )

Optional: Vegan Molasses Cookies » I LOVE VEGAN

two tsp cinnamon

1 little number raisins

1 small handful walnuts, crumbled

1 little handful sesame seeds, pear

You may add pretty much anything you like!

If you do not have this make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )

To make the cookie shape simply grab a spoon and scoop an adequate sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photo above. find out this here It is super fast and easy.
